• Provider. The App is made available for use by Beauty Studio Million, Smederevo, Serbia. ("Provider").
• User. Any entity, legal or physical, activating the App shall be a User.
• User rights. User is entitled to use the App for visualizing rooms and rates availability and for receiving reservations for their properties through User's Facebook account.
• Accounts. The App shall require: an active Facebook account or an account for beautystudiomillion.com version. The termination of User's Facebook or of User's main beautystudiomillion.com account shall automatically terminate the provisioning of the App itself.
• Copyright. Provider and Provider's partners shall hold the copyright of the App. Neither third party is authorized to provide the App to User. Provider's intellectual rights are protected by EU copyright protection regulations.
• App modification. Provider shall not be obliged to implement any changes or modifications to the App, including fixture of possible software bugs. Provider shall be entitled to implement modifications to the App at any moment on Provider's own discretion.
• Disclaimer of responsibility.
  1. With the activation the App on User's Facebook account, User agrees and declares that Provider or Facebook shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages, caused to the User or to any third party, resulting from the operation or from the failure of operation of the App;
  2. User agrees that any wrong or misleading information, published to the general public by User through the App, such as but not limited to property and room descriptions, prices or images, shall be on User's own responsibility;
  3. User agrees that Provider shall not guarantee any uptime for the App and shall not be responsible for any temporary lack of service.
• Termination of provisioning.
  1. Provider shall be entitled to terminate the provisioning of the App or to modify the Terms of use at any time with an electronic written notification, sent to User within 30 days prior to termination.
  2. Provider shall be entitled to terminate the provisioning of the App without prior notification if Facebook requires so or if Facebook blocks access to the App for any reason.
• Acceptance of Terms of use. With the activation of the App on your Facebook account, you agree with the Terms under present document.
